The union government must ensure that aid agencies in Sri Lanka do not channel the humanitarian aid given in the wake of the Tsunami disaster through the banned terrorist organization the LTTE or its front outfit, the Tamil Rehabilitation Organization (TRO).

Tsunami has destroyed 80 percent of the LTTE “Sea Tiger” navel flotilla, which had been harboured in Mullai theevu area between Triconamalai and Jaffna.

Hence, the LTTE is desperate now to rebuild its navel outfit by getting the humanitarian aid diverted to clandestine purchase of naval equipment.

The United Nations in particular has to be warned of this possibility considering what happened in the oil-for-food project in Iraq during the Saddan Hussein reign.

PRESS RELEASE

I have received word today from the advocate of Shri Jayendra Saraswati Swamigal that he would like me to see him in Vellore Jail.

I have personally known Shri Jayendra Saraswati Swamigal for the last 37 years, and hence am responding to his call. I have informed the Tamilnadu government to indicate a day on which I can call on the Swamigal in jail.

The Tamilnadu Janata Party President Ms.V.S.Chandralekha (IAS Retd) and other party office bearers will accompany me to the Vellore Jail.

1. The Rashtriya Swabhiman Manch (RSM) in its rally in Delhi on December 22nd, 2004 had authorized George Fernandes and myself to draft two resolutions, one on Rajiv Gandhi’s assassination and another on the Tehelka scam. These resolutions are enclosed.

The RSM will hold more rallies, in Chennai, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Bangalore during the month of January.

2. Ms.Sonia Gandhi is a national security threat. She is being advised to ruin India by five Europeans and two Pakistanis who are headquartered in Delhi. I have got the names of three of these persons: a German by name Christian Stieglitz and a Dubai-based Pakistani couple with strong ISI connections--Munir and Farida Ataullah. The Ataullahs know her at least since 1972. Farida was the guest of honour in Sonia's daughter's marriage in Delhi. The Ataullahs were also guests of Sonia in February 1972 at the official New Delhi residence of Mrs.Indira Gandhi as Prime Minister when the she was negotiating with Bhutto in Simla.

3. Ms.Sonia Gandhi’s decision to blackmail the TN CM Ms.Jayalalitha into humiliating the Kanchi Mutt Acharyas and debasing Hindu sentiment is at the behest of the Ataullahs.

4. It is also shocking that the SPG cover provided to Ms.Sonia Gandhi is being used to receive and see off the Ataullahs by passing customs and immigrations.

RASHTRIYA SWABHIMAN MANCH

At a rally of the RSM held in New Delhi on December 22, 2004 and addressed by George Fernandes, Subramanian Swamy, and Jaya Jaitly, and special invitees RSS Sar Sangh Chalak, Shri Sudarshan, VHP leader Ashok Singhal, and SJM leader Govindacharya, the following two Resolutions were passed:

RESOLUTION NO.1
This meeting of Rashtriya Swabhiman Manch unanimously resolves that the motivators of the assassination of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi have managed to shield themselves as well as protect those obvious suspects who had facilitated his dastardly killing. In fact several of these suspects have been rewarded now by the UPA government. Event the Jain Commission which had been a favourite of the leading lights of the Congress Part had listed 21 suspects to be further investigated for their role in the conspiracy to assassinate Rajiv Gandhi. Some of those suspects have now been made Ministers by the UPA regime. Some others identified as facilitators by those convicted (by the trial court) in affidavits filed before the Commission, have been rewarded with posts by Ms.Sonia Gandhi in the Congress organization. In fact, the Congress Party’s de facto high command today is full of those who had been kept at a distance as undesirable persons by Rajiv Gandhi.

Since Ms.Sonia Gandhi has been the political and financial beneficiary of Rajiv Gandhi’s premature death, her action in promoting these suspects in his assassination is curious and hence her motivation should be probed by the MDMA that has been constituted for such investigations. Moreover, the J.S.Verma Commission inquiring into security lapses has held the Congress functionaries present in Sriperumbudur on that fateful day in May 1991 as responsible for the breakdown of the police access control that enabled the human suicide bomber ‘Dhanu’ to reach Rajiv Gandhi’s proximity and blow him up. No action has been taken on the Verma Commission findings till date.

RESOLUTION NO.2
This meeting of the Rashtriya Swabhiman Manch unanimously resolves to condemn the attempt by the UPA government to use the Tehelka.com as a front for its skull duggery and witch hunting of political opponents. While welcoming any transparent and fair inquiry, the RSM dares the government to make available all the 100 hours of videotapes of the so-called Tehelka ‘sting operation’ on defence deals (which were summoned by the Phukan Commission) and publish the names of all politicians and bureaucrats named therein. The RSM further demands a full release of the Final Report of the Phukan Commission on all 14 defence deals in its terms of reference so that the nation can know who all are really the culprits who had received illegal commissions on defence contracts. This Report is with the Prime Minister for more than six months and yet despite being required under law has not been placed on the table of Parliament. Obviously the current CBI investigations into the Tehelka.com’s doctored revelations and videos are motivated by the desire of the UPA government to shield the financiers of the dotcom company, as well as its political benefactor, viz., Ms.Sonia Gandhi who is keen to protect her favoured commission agents such as Quattrocchi.

Statement of Dr.Subramanian Swamy, President of Janata Party, made in Chennai on 26.12.2004

1. I shall be addressing a public meeting in Vellore today that is being organised by the VHP to protest the treatment meted out to Kanchi Mutt Shankaracharya Sri Jayendra Saraswati on a contrived and foisted murder case. I predict that the TN CM Ms.Jayalalitha will meet her nemesis in this matter since by her own admission she had ordered the arrest disregarding the spirit of the law. Sri Jayendra will be acquitted and come out of the case as a hero. Better Ms.Jayalalitha cut her losses and withdraw the case now.

2.Ms.Jayalalitha is however doing the bidding of Ms.Sonia Gandhi under the latter's malefic blackmail, but Ms.Jayalalitha should realise that by April a new nationalist government may replace the present discredited and already failed UPA government. Moreover after the forced departure of CPM's General Secretary Ms.H.S.Surjeet, the Left Front may itself opt out of the UPA by April end.

4. Ms. Sonia Gandhi has no Indian blood in her nor has imbibed Indian culture. Otherwise how would she as Rajiv's widow have an alliance with those political parties that praise the killers of her husband? Or why would she seek Presidential pardon for those given death sentence by the Supreme Court for participating in a conspiracy to assassinate Rajiv Gandhi and those who are openly proud for carrying out the heinous murder act? Indian widows are inspired by women like Kannagi and not Vish Kanyas like Sonia.

5. No wonder LTTE activities have grown in India since the UPA has come to power. The IB in TN has sent reports to Delhi giving details of the LTTE penetration. Four days ago I asked the Union Home Minister Mr.Shivraj Patil whether he has seen these reports. He acknowledged that he had, but blamed the NDA government for this development. This escapism will not suffice. The national integrity of India is in danger if LTTE grows in India since that terrorist organisation has links with PWG, ULFA and Naxalites besides the ISI of Pakistan.

6. Hence, the Rashtriya Swabhiman Manch will hold its next rally in Chennai.

Statement of Dr.Subramanian Swamy, President of Janata Party, made in Chennai on 16.12.2004

1. The Rashtriya Swabhiman Manch [National Self-Esteem Forum] was founded on October 11 with George Fernandes as Convenor. I am a founding member along with Uma Bharti, Sanjay Nirupam, Jaya Jaitely and P.A. Sangma. The first public rally of the Manch will take place on December 22nd at New Delhi and the second rally will be held in Chennai in mid-- January. The RSS and the VHP have been invited to send their representatives, and I am hopeful that they will participate.

2. The Manch main goal is to unite patriotic Indians who accept that the UPA government is a threat to India’s national security. To understand this, it has to be recognized that UPA Chairperson Ms. Sonia Gandhi has a hidden anti-national agenda. Moreover she has been lying to the Indian public about herself and her family’s past [see “Know Your Sonia” in www.janataparty.org for details] and that she has deliberately reduced the Prime Minister to a dummy to denigrate the nation.

3. As part of her anti-national agenda, Ms. Sonia Gandhi has relied on the advice of a cartel of five Europeans, and used her political stooges who are Union Ministers or Nehru family retainers, to terrorise the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Ms. Jayalalitha to take her “most painful decision” to involve the Kanchi Sankaracharya in a murder case on flimsy, tenuous, and contrived evidence. This so that a more pliant Shankaracharya in the North can emerge in the vacuum thus created and legitimize and bless Ms. Sonia Gandhi to lead the nation in near future.

4. Ms. Sonia Gandhi has already shamed the nation’s self esteem by forging her party’s alliance with those parties which praise the killers of Rajiv Gandhi and say his assassination was justified. No Indian widow would ever do that. Kannagi chose to burn down a kingdom rather than tolerate such a thing.

5. In fact, all those who had spewed poison on Rajiv Gandhi have been welcomed to her side. Ram Jethmalani for example took money from Chandraswami [see my letter to MDMA-enclosed] to carry on a campaign of hate against Rajiv Gandhi. But now he is on her side, and was her party’s candidate for the last Lok Sabha from Lucknow.

6. Hence, unless she or her Italian family had contracted the LTTE to kill Rajiv Gandhi, her going soft on that terrorist organization or welcoming Rajiv-baiters to her fold cannot be explained. According my information, Ms. Paola Maino, Sonia’s mother,who contracted the killing has had long term connections with the LTTE, and their family friend Quattrocchi has been selling weapons to the LTTE.

7. Hence, patriotic Indians should join the Manch to save India from a third impoverishing and debasing enslavement by foreigners.
