PRESS RELEASE on 26.10.2005
The Supreme Court decision to transfer the Sankaraman murder case to Pondicherry is a censure by the apex court of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Ms.Jayalalitha and the Tamil Nadu police. In this case the Tamil Nadu police has tried to frame the Kanchi Mutt Shankaracharyas without any prima facie evidence. The responsibility for filing this bogus case has been owned by the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Ms.Jayalalitha in her statements published in the media ["painful duty"].
This is a second case in two years that has been transferred out of the state. The first one was a case [of disproportionate assets] in which she was an accused. Hence Ms.Jayalalitha should now realise that her reputation for rule of law, nation--wide, is in the mud, and she must make amends [prayaaschitam] for this defiling of the Constitution of India. While she may have, to save herself from being prosecuted by the CBI in several pending cases, foisted this blasphemous bogus case on the Kanchi Shankaracharyas at the behest of the UPA Chairperson Ms.Sonia Gandhi, nevertheless she has to bear primary responsibility for this atrocity on Hindu religion.
I demand that the CM order the immediate withdrawal of the case before the Deepavali since the Supreme Court order is tantamount to a lack of credibility expressed by the apex court in the case itself. Let not Ms.Jayalalitha make Tamil Nadu state itself a laughing stock of the nation by continuing with this case.

PRESS RELEASE on October 10, 2005
It is wrong to place the entire blame for the Bihar Assembly dissolution fiasco on the Rashtrapati, PM or the Governor.
The President of India has no choice under the Constitution but to sign on the dotted line when the Union Cabinet unanimously recommends the dissolution. As far as the PM or Governor are concerned, the whole country know that Dr.Manmohan Singh and Butta Singh are rubber stamps of UPA Chairperson Ms.Sonia Gandhi. And she has already shown a consistent contempt for the Indian Constitution in Goa and Jharkhand.
Hence it is fit and proper instead to demand a mid-term poll to Lok Sabha since the present remote controlled puppet UPA Government at the Centre is against India’s national interests. The people must be asked to revise the 2004 fractured mandate, and vote in patriots.

Press Release on October 7, 2005
The Supreme Court judgment holding the dissolution of the Bihar Assembly as unconstitutional is not only welcome in the interest of democracy and the rule of law, but has also completely undermined the moral authority of the Prime Minister and his cabinet colleagues.
The report for the dissolution of the Bihar Governor Mr.Buta Singh was without any consultation, passed by the Union Cabinet that met on an emergency basis at midnight, and rushed to the President for his signature.
It would be wholly appropriate now if the Prime Minister, as an atonement and to express regret for failing to live up to his reputation of being a moral person, resign forthwith.
Moreover, this decision could not have been taken by the UPA Government without clearance from Ms.Sonia Gandhi whose commitment to democracy and to the consultative culture of this country is feeble. Hence she too must quit from her membership of Parliament, or be driven out.

PRESS RELEASE on October 5, 2005
I condemn the Union Government’s decision (as disclosed by the Minister of State for Home Affairs), not to constitute an Inquiry Commission into the role of KGB in subverting India by buying up corrupt and unpatriotic politicians. The Union government has also declined to issue a White Paper as demanded by the BJP President Mr.L.K.Advani.
The refusal of the UPA Government and the specious plea that the BJP failed to implement the same demand when they were in power, betrays a knowledge of democratic principles and public accountability. That BJP failed to do its duty to the people is no license for the UPA to do the same. When volume I of Mitrokhin archives was published, US and European governments held inquires, and prosecuted the KGB agents in their countries. They did not blame anybody else.
The real reason for the UPA’s refusal to hold an inquiry is that the allegations in Mitrokhin Archives Vol.II, and those others including those contained in my Special Leave Petition pending before the Supreme Court, is the fear of these being confirmed as facts and truth. Many heads at the highest level would then have to roll as mass anger of the people would demand retribution and justice.
It is silly to state, as some Congress leaders have done, that CIA and other intelligence agencies are also active in India. No one is stopping the UPA from also investigating the activities of those agencies.
What needs to be fully investigated is:
(a)whether India declined the 1949 US offer to occupy the UN Security Council seat vacated by the K.M.T. Chinese Government on Soviet pressure and KGB blackmail.
(b)Whether India’s tilted pro- Soviet foreign policy at great cost to our national interests, was ensured by KGB financed leaders in the Congress Governments.
(c) Whether Mrs.Indira Gandhi in December, 1971 refused the Indian army demand to smash West Pakistan’s military machines on Soviet pressure and KGB blackmail.
Taking of money from a foreign intelligence agency is not only an offence in itself but it is a gross betrayal of our national interest when detrimental policies are adopted by their paid agents in the government. Hence to know the truth is extremely important and urgent for the nation.

PRESS RELEASE on October 4, 2005
The UPA chairperson Ms.Sonia Gandhi deserves to be condemned for her intervention to save ULFA extremists from capture who had been encircled by Indian army security forces in the Tinsukia forests (Today’s Indian Express). After the Common Minimum Programme (CMP) Assam in-charge, Veerappa Moily had taken up the matter with Ms.Sonia Gandhi, orders were issued from the PMO on her direction to call off the army operations.
The betrayal of national interests and our fight against terrorism has come on the heels of the calling off of a similar security force operation in Nalamalla forests in Andhra when the PWG/Naxalites had been surrounded.
In the background of Ms.Sonia Gandhi’s softness toward the LTTE which had killed her husband Rajiv Gandhi, and her KGB links, these two happenings in Assam and Andhra are ominous for the nation’s integrity.
Ms.Sonia Gandhi is obviously a national security risk, and must be fully investigated for her betrayal of our security forces.
