PRESS RELEASE
The present attempt by the UPA Government to introduce reservations in the institutions of higher learning and in private corporate sector, is a conspiracy to divide the Hindu majority.
In this conspiracy UPA is being encouraged by nefarious foreign forces, especially those that want to launch a programme of massive religious conversion in India.The concept of social justice must begin by ensuring that children of the backward classes and scheduled castes and tribes are provided first rate primary and secondary education so that they can be enabled to compete for admission on the basis of merit at the college and higher levels. Reservations for unqualified candidates on the basis of quota will seriously hamper India’s knowledge revolution taking place especially in the cutting-edge applications in IT, bio-tech and pharmaceutical industries. Moreover, according to the economic census of the Central Statistical Organization carried out in 1998, 33% of all corporate enterprises are owned by members of other backward community, while 12% were owned by scheduled castes and tribes. So it makes no sense to seek to reserve jobs in the corporate sector on the basis of caste when it’s ownership is already in the ratio of castes. Hence the present attempt by the UPA Government to impose quotas for other backward class in higher education is anti-national and will only facilitate a downward spiral in academic excellence. India will suffer in vitally needed innovation and quality R&D for becoming a world power by 2020. The HRD Minister Mr. Arjun Singh is thus playing the same role as Jai Chand did in past Indian history by pursuing his personal interest to benefit the foreigner who has malafide intention for India.
I demand therefore that the President ask the Prime Minister to secure a fresh mandate from the people by calling for a mid-term poll for Lok Sabha.

I demand the resignation of the Finance Minister for the present volatility in the stock market. Mr.Chidambaram is clueless about the economic policy that the country must follow, and makes ad hoc and flip flop announcements from time to time to confuse consumers, producers, traders and markets.
The present volatility in stock market is entirely due to the portfolio investments and short-term funds encouraged by the Finance Minister. Mr.Chidambaram who had diluted the SEBI’s powers to regulate the market by allowing Participatory Notes (PN) to be exempted from inspection on ownership and disclosure. At present, PN contributes over 55 percent of the FII funds inflow into the stock market. It represents money laundered by crooked politicians and other corrupt persons, and is unacceptable ‘hot money’.
Besides Mr.Chidambaram’s resignation, I demand a CBI-SEBI inquiry into the origins and ownership of the PNs.

I demand that the government set up a special investigation team[[SIT] to further investigate the finding of the Justice Mukherjee Commission on Netaji's disappearance. The knee-jerk rejection of the Commission's findings indicates UPA's nervousness about the truth tumbling out. The debunking by the Commission of the so-called Netaji's ashes kept in Renoji temple in Tokyo is perfectly justified. When the Chandrashekhar's Janata government was in office, the Cabinet Committee on Political Affairs[of which I was member as Minister], had considered the Japanese request to send the ashes back to India but after reviewing the files we decided to reject it. This was because the Cabinet papers contained a record of a deposition by a stenographer of Prime Minister Nehru stating that in December 1946 long after the alleged crash of Netaji's plane, he had taken down a letter dictated by Nehru addressed to Britain's Prime Minister Attlee complaining that Joseph Stalin was keeping Netaji in a camp in eastern USSR, and that Britain had to do something since Netaji "is your war criminal". This stenographer had deposed before the Khosla Commission but Justice Khosla ignored the evidence. Subsequently in 1972, I came to learn, Nehru's file on Netaji was destroyed on orders of P.N.Haksar, the secretary to Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
In 1978 I had also produced evidence in the Lok Sabha showing that Netaji's treasures recovered from his associates, was in 1951 handed over to Nehru's emissary, K.R.Damle ICS. Damle who picked them up from Tokyo, personally handed over the trunks to Nehru in Teen Murti House. Prime Minister Morarji Desai had ordered an inquiry on my evidence and indeed found the trunks in the National Archives, New Delhi but without the jewels.
Had Netaji lived he would have been Prime Minister of Free India, not Nehru. Hence, it is essential to get to the truth of the disappearance of Netaji, and the motive behind it, especially since the US and Taiwanese governments deny having any official reports of any plane crash on August 18, 1945 in Taihoku airport in Taipeh, Taiwan. Netaji's plane from Saigon was manifested to travel to Russian held Manchuria, and not to Tokyo or Taipeh.

Mr.N.Ram of The Hindu has now informed me on the phone that the CNN/IBN/The Hindu took serious note of my complaint that the Exit Poll process in Mylapore Constituency was rigged.
They investigated the complaint and found that the omission of the Janata Party candidate Ms.V.S.Chandralekha from the Exit poll list of candidate was grave and hence the Exit Poll for the Mylapore constituency stands cancelled.
In view of this prompt redressal I withdraw my demand to the Election Commissions to stay the CNN/IBN/The Hindu Exit Poll broadcast.

The CNN/IBN/Hindu exit poll appears to rigged. The editors behind this poll must investigate how this systematic rigging has been organized.
For example, in Luz part of Mylapore constituency, the CNN/IBN/Hindu pollster by name Kalaiarasi was getting a yellow piece of paper ticked by voters before they enter the polling booth area, and not after they have voted.
That yellow piece of paper, carries the names of candidates of only two parties AIADMK and DMK. In Mylapore, Ms.V.S.Chandralekha of the JP-BJP alliance is a leading contender and her name is missing from the piece of paper produced by this Karaiarasi, who says it was handed to her by the CNN/IBN/Hindu.
I have written to the Election Commission to stay the so-called Exit Poll of the CNN/IBN/Hindu, and determine who the fraud behind this exit poll are. Have the volunteers been bribed, or the sample designers played the fool with the CNN/IBN/Hindu?

I condemn the utterly shocking staging of a lewd dance performance by the Congress Party in Bachrawan Assembly segment of the Rae Bareli Lok Sabha constitutency yesterday. The vulgar dialogue and sexually explicit dances were staged to attract crowds for a public meeting for the Congress candidate in the by-election, Ms.Sonia Gandhi. Ms.Gandhi later addressed the meeting with the pimps and dancing girls in attendance. According to the Sify.com website, the Congress leaders did not deny the lewd exhibitionism but defended it as done by 'folk artistes'. It has been my as-yet-undenied charge that Ms.Gandhi spent 5 years in London[1963-68] not studying in the University of Cambridge as she had claimed in an affidavit earlier, but working in Lady Jane's Lovelies-- after a month learning English--speaking at a shop called Lennox Cook School now closed] in the city of Cambridge. It is the dubious culture that she learnt at Lady Jane's Lovelies which made her overturn the Maharashtra government's ban on bar girls from Bangladesh performing in Mumbai and also sanction the disgusting display in her constituency. India's civilisation is under threat from Ms.Sonia Gandhi and her Italian ex-Nazi fascist family. The voters of Rae Bareli should thus save India on May 8th.

The AIADMK General Secretary Ms.Jayalalitha must know that claiming credit for other people’s efforts will not fool the public for long. Her government’s non-performance for the last five years, and her mentor’s (Ms.Sasikala of Manaargudi Mafia fame) monumental corruption, has already caught up with her and made it certain that she will not be the Chief Minister after May 11th. No amount stealing the credit due to others can compensate for the lack of performance of her government. Instead she will go down in history as the Chief Minister who betrayed Hindus, by arresting Jayendra Saraswati Swamigal on a bogus cooked up case at the behest of Ms.Sonia Gandhi much as Jai Chand betrayed Prithviraj Chauhan to make way for Mohammed Ghori to take over and loot India.
While campaigning in Chennai yesterday Ms.Jayalalitha claimed that she will ensure desalination of sea water to solve the drinking water problem. Desalination as a solution was first suggested by the Janata candidate Ms.V.S.Chandralekha during the 1996 Chennai Mayoral election. What stopped Ms.Jayalalitha from implementing this project during the last five years? It was also Ms.Chandralekha(IAS) as Chairperson of Women’s Development Corporation to the TN Government who in 1989 proposed the Self-Help Group (SHGs) and got it approved by the IFAD.
While campaigning in Madurai earlier Ms.Jayalalitha claimed that her government’s efforts in the Supreme Court to order the raising of the water level of the Mulla Periyar Dam. This is ridiculous because the Supreme Court registry records show that it was I who filed the petition in the Supreme Court in 1998. The Tamil Nadu Government first opposed my petition then seeing the progress I was making in the Court, switched sides and filed a supporting petition. The question Ms.Jayalalitha must answer is why she did nothing about Mulla Periyar during 1991-96, or she could not persuade the Supreme Court in the Cauvery dispute to rule in favour of Tamil Nadu. Stealing credit therefore cannot be a substitute for performance. On May 11th Ms.Jayalalitha will find out the hard way.

STATEMENT OF DR.SUBRAMANIAN SWAMY, PRESIDENT OF JANATA PARTY MADE IN CHENNAI ON 03.05.2006
I endorse the demand of L.K.Advani for the ouster of Mr.Dayanidhi Maran from the Telecom Ministry for the conflict of interest.
I also demand that the Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh order the cancellation of the FM radio licence given to Kalanidhi Maran, the CEO of the SUN TV.
The licence was given to broadcast music through the radio and within a limited range of 60 square kilometers. However my investigations reveal that the Suryan FM radio’s range, in violation of the licence’s mandatory requirements has been extended to a radius from Coimbatore to Kodaikanal and from Chennai to Kanchipuram.
Suryan FM radio can also be heard through Maran- owned SCV on channels in our TV sets which is also violation of the law and conditions of the licence.
The Ministry of Telecom should have taken action to put a stop to these illegalities and unauthorized encroachment on air space, which deny Government of its due revenue. But due to the fact that Kalanidhi Maran’s brother Dayanidhi is the Minister, this due action by the Ministry has been stalled and aborted. This is a gross-violation of Section 11 of the Prevention of Corruption Act by the Maran brothers.
The Prime Minister should therefore sack Dayanidhi Maran from the Telecom Ministership also for recklessly violating all norms and rules of conduct as a Minister, and has shamelessly flouted the rules of conflict of interest in his duty as Minister.
